It utilizes tiny plastic tabs which cannot take very long to fail. The slides are only rated a 50# - the slides with no smooth close tend to be cheaper and rated for 100#. Fasteners provided are 12 of #6x1/2" - ie: 3 per fall and 3 per track. I'd like (and made use of) a lot more of larger fasteners. But larger fasteners behind end of track will bind the slide on closing, so... This review is founded on installing 2 sets of 24" slides and 1 pair of 20" slides. February 11, 2016

Ranked 3.0 out-of 5.0 by PaulCoMat Needs perfect alignment These cabinet slides have plenty of nice features like; additional approval over the screw heads to use huge task screw; Full expansion in order to achieve the back of drawer without reaching under; and an extremely simple cabinet launch. They near really nicely before put on a drawer . Mine slides relatively no-cost but cannot self near. I need to push all of it the way. One of many cupboard slides gouges the medial side regarding the drawer when cupboard area put 1 1/8 " larger than cabinet width. They suggest 1" over plus it binds at 1". They probably work okay in a near perfect pantry situation but I'm not convinced. If fitting a complete kitchen area they are often extremely spendy until you plan on remaining for long time. We seriously prefer the old quick cabinet slides. While they do not have the options that come with these self closers they have been affordable and not nearly as responsive to misalignment as these. While they tend to be nice I do not need smooth close if they are that sensitive to put in. March 5, 2015

I used 1.25” sheetrock screws to install the slides to my case base, and .75” lumber screws to attach the slip to your drawer it self. They are high quality and incredibly durable. We made a sizable, 24”x22”x12” drawer out of pine. I’d bet the drawer weighs 10lbs on it's own. The slides performedn’t also appear to notice the fat. These will be perfect for things such as a slide out trash might, or a pot and cooking pan owner cabinet. I’m using them in my shop for a drawer to hold all my completing items like sandpaper, spots, adhesives and putty. I strongly recommend these slides because they quality is unmatched.
