Not so great on detail by detail directions I finished it with couple of extra screw holes but later i consequently found out my 7 years of age is having issue starting the doorway from both edges (pull or drive) because it doesn't have pressure adjustment therefore I would probably save money $ n purchase the one degree with pressure adjustment March 5, 2016

Ranked 1.0 out-of 5.0 by quality1 Unacceptable Door Closer! This home closer may not be modified so as to manage a residential fire garage door. My wife is disabled and might maybe not handle the opening and finishing of door. The label says ADA compliant. Don't think it! Additionally, being built in China, the directions are badly written and disorganized. Would not recommend it! Question to HD is any kind of USA made home closers. May 1, 2015

Closes the doorway well and helps it be latch shut, which explains why we installed it. Previously, the entranceway would look shut but was not latched enabling our dogs to flee. August 5, 2014
